Document Requirements
To partner with RTL, carriers must provide the following documentation and maintain current coverage.
Certificate of Insurance
Current certificate of insurance with required coverage levels.
Cargo Insurance
Active cargo insurance covering the freight being transported.
General Liability Insurance
General liability coverage meeting industry-standard minimums.
Operating Authority
Valid MC and/or DOT operating authority in good standing.
Payment
Payment Terms
We believe in fair, timely payment for the work our carrier partners do.
Standard Payment Terms
We offer standard net-30 payment terms from receipt of a clean invoice and required delivery documentation. Our accounting team processes payments consistently and on schedule.
