Pickup location type
Tell us if the pickup is at a commercial location with a loading dock, a residential address, a construction site, or another type of facility. This determines whether accessorials like liftgate or limited access apply.
Pickup hours and appointment requirements
If the location has specific receiving hours or requires scheduled appointments, include this information to avoid missed pickups.
Delivery Details
Delivery city, state, and ZIP code

Delivery location type
Commercial with dock, residential, limited access, trade show, or other. Each location type may require different equipment or handling.

Number of pallets or pieces
The total handling unit count helps determine the right service mode (LTL, partial, or FTL) and equipment needs.
Total weight

Dimensions per pallet or piece (L x W x H)

Commodity description
